We would love to partner with you. Our leaders will work with you to design and implement meaningful research. The Peter Clark Center offers consulting services to individuals, schools, and other organizations who are interested. These services can include:

dynamic learner platform

• If you are interested to use the Dynamic Learner Profile and resources at your school, read through the information on the DLP website and get in touch. We offer services to support technology and instructional integrations.

curriculum documentation and alignment

• Traditional curriculum mapping doesn’t work for anyone. The moment it is filled out, it is outdated. We have developed a successful documentation strategy at Breck that has resulted in department overviews, course one-pagers, and unit plans. Teacher-created representations at these three levels of curriculum and instruction have resulted in a participatory alignment effort. Academic leaders interested to use this strategy at their school should get in touch and we’ll design a strategy that works for your situation.

facilitated process improvement

• One of our strengths is facilitating organizational improvement to tackle any challenge you are facing. We leverage systems thinking and human-centered design with a deep understanding of how schools (and adults) work. We can lead you through problem identification, describing the current state of the system, identifying root causes of the problem, organizing a theory of system change, and guiding small tests of change. We can do short-term sprints that consist of 4 meetings to evaluate a problem or longer-term improvement projects that might run for a full calendar year. If you have a wicked problem that you have not been able to make headway on, we can help!
